Portfolio Reviews
Parker Anne’s portfolio was fun and very well-detailed. In her presentation, you can see her mood board and how her projects have transformed over time. I liked that she showcased projects aligned with what she wanted to do and was very detailed in her portfolio presentation. It also highlighted her range, and she ended with a serious and impactful project.
Chi Hao Chang’s portfolio was very compelling. His storytelling was great, and he really delved into the impact of a strong design process rooted in research. He did an excellent job of showcasing his skill range and thought process, as well as how his research translated into his design work. I found it brilliant that he drew inspiration from history and the surrounding brands.
Dustin Hughes’ portfolio really highlighted real client work and industry projects, with numbers that clearly demonstrated design impact. He was also confident in how he presented his work and showcased his technical skills. I liked that we also got to learn more about him through his final project, which was profound and meaningful in creating awareness and sparking important conversations.
